By accessing or using the EzraVideo service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EzraVideo converts PowerPoint (.pptx) files into MP4 videos with AI-generated narration. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you may create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
The free plan provides a lifetime allowance of 10 conversions and 30 minutes of total video output. These limits are cumulative and non-resettable. Paid plans, when available, will have their own terms.
You retain all rights to the PowerPoint files you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your video output. We do not store your files beyond the processing period.
You represent that you have the right to upload and process your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
Narration scripts are generated by third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated narration will be error-free, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the output before distribution.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Note: Under Japanese law (特定商取引法), if you sell services to consumers, you must disclose operator name, address, and contact information. Update the above before launching paid plans.
